"EVO is a really nice spot to visit for an after dinner drink — the vibe is sleek and relaxing, perfect for a night out. The cocktails were great, well-crafted, and definitely the highlight of our visit. The only downside was that it took quite a while for host to seat us and we ordered drinks from the bar to come over to our booth. Once service picked up, everything was smooth, but the wait in the beginning was noticeable. Overall, still a lovely place to grab a drink and unwind, and I’d come back for the cocktails alone."

"Been coming here for the past 3/4 years and it is so consistently good in terms of food, service, and atmosphere. They also are very accommodating to fellow F&B service industry folk, which is wonderful. Cannot say enough good things about this place!"

"A perfect dinner for our last night in Scottsdale. Dark, a little moody & delicious food. Sonny B was our server and he was great! Attentive and offered ideas, and kept our waters full & our wine glasses. He let us know of the special which was if you order a bottle you get the meatballs free! Say Less! The meatballs are AMAZING. Def. worth ordering even if they don't come with your wine :) A great wine list, full of options, regions & price points. Something for everyone. I ordered the Bolognese: Pappardelle | Beef/Pork/Veal Ragu | Ricotta | Parmesan | Basil. - Their pappardelle noodles were perfectly cooked and I was a happy girl! We sat at a lovely round table that fit our group of girls and it was a perfect cozy end to our trip. Cin! Cin!"

"First of all love love love that they close at 2am with a full menu. Having a restaurant that closes late is very convenient and the atmosphere is amazing for diffrent occasions. We had an amazing server who made the vibes even better. We had the Margherita pizza half with peparonni, salmon and Pomodoro which we added meatballs. All the food was good and so were the drinks. I tried a diffrent hardcider which I loved but forgot the name sadly . I definitely recommend!!!"

From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm, stylish, and elevated without feeling stuffy — the perfect mix of lively and intimate. The lighting, music, and overall vibe make it such a great spot for a night out or a special dinner. Our server, Jamar, provided probably the best service I’ve ever had. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. Every recommendation he made was spot on, and he made the whole experience feel seamless and special. You can tell he truly cares about guests having an amazing time. The food was absolutely top-notch. Everything we ordered came out beautifully presented and full of flavor — fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and clearly crafted with intention. It’s the kind of place where every dish feels like a standout, not just one or two. We also had the pleasure of meeting Samantha, the GM, who was an absolute gem. She checked in on our table and made us feel so taken care of. You can tell the level of hospitality here starts at the top and carries through the entire team."

"The pizza was unreal. Easily top five pizzas I have ever had in Scottsdale, maybe Arizona. Perfect crust, balanced sauce, high quality ingredients. The kind of pizza you keep thinking about the next day. The meatballs were phenomenal. Tender, flavorful, and clearly not an afterthought. Order them. Non negotiable. Drinks were excellent, prices were surprisingly reasonable, and the atmosphere was exactly what you want in Old Town. Fun, lively, energetic without being chaotic. Great spot whether you are on a date, with friends, or just grabbing food before a night out. Service was fast, friendly, and dialed in. Food came out quick, drinks stayed full, zero complaints. And whatever that cheesy honey bread or sweet bread situation is called… absolutely off the charts. One of those items you order once and then can never not order again. Amazing food, great vibes, solid prices, and a team that knows what they are doing. EVO is officially in the regular rotation."

"Authentic Italian Vibes Only Hands down one of the best Italian spots I’ve been to! The vibe is immaculate — classy chandeliers, cozy booths, and that perfect “feed me pasta & tell me I’m pretty” energy. We started with the whipped feta, which was absolutely insane — creamy, flavorful, and addictive. Our mains were lasagna and shrimp & lobster tortellini, both perfectly seasoned and came out fast and fresh. The staff were total dolls — super sweet and on top of everything! And let’s talk about dessert… the tiramisu legit transported me straight back to Italy. Light, fluffy, and a perfect end to the night If you’re looking for an authentic Italian restaurant with killer food, beautiful vibes, and amazing service — EVO is the spot.
